Three Ingredient Healthy Peanut Butter Fudge // Vegan + GF


As I mentioned in my previous recipe post, I really love peanut butter and sometimes I get the urge to just pick up a tub and start eating it with a spoon. Although it's incredibly satisfying and very tasty, having it in a proper snack form is just more appropriate. Thankfully I have uncovered an amazing recipe that is just as delicious and just a little better than licking that buttery goodness off of a spoon. Moreover, it's ridiculously easy to make with just three ingredients. A healthy dose of fat and natural sugars, this peanut butter fudge recipe will have your spoons left untouched, well almost. 


  Cook Time:  1 Minute
Freeze Time: 2 hours     Total: 2 Hours 1 Minute
 
Serves 12 small fudge Pieces // 
Recipe can easily be multiplied, tripled, etc.
I N G R E D I E N T S
 
 
●  4 Tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or agave nectar)
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)

1. Mix ingredients in a small cup or bowl and then pour into tray. We used a truffle tray as it is very flexible and allows the fudge to be easily removed after the ingredients have set. However, you could use any tray or container. We also chose to use crunchy peanut butter as it gives a nicer consistency but smooth will work just as well.
 
2. Place in Freezer for 1-2 hours until solid, then remove from tray and enjoy.
