3 traditional milkshake recipes made healthy | Vegan

Contrary to popular belief, any ‘junk food’ recipe can easily be healthified with a few modifications here and there. A milkshake is no exception. You’ll find that as a Vegan diet is technically the only diet that can be truly healthy, using plant based alternatives will most likely upscale the nutritional value and overall healthiness of any recipe.

I have been wanting to share how I make my milkshakes healthy for some time. This is not only a very simple drink to make, but is the perfect replacement for the typical, very unhealthy, milkshake one might buy or make for themselves. Here, I am only sharing the three traditional milkshake flavours; vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. However, I’m hoping to become more creative in the future with some more milkshake recipes for all my dear Wildlings!

Believe it or not, these delicious creamy drinks are only made with a few mere ingredients and requires a fruit and nut base. However, if you have a nut allergy, feel free to use a different plant milk. Take note that this will change the flavour of the shakes to some degree.
